Dabei wurde der Nickelgehalt gezielt reduziert, w\u00e4hrend Mangan und Stickstoff als alternative Austenitbildner eingesetzt wurden. Diese Kombination stabilisiert die austenitische Phase auch bei geringerem Nickelgehalt und erm\u00f6glicht gleichzeitig eine gezielte Anpassung des Erstarrungs- und Mikrostrukturverhaltens im AM Prozess.<\/p>\n<p>Kunde: Projekt Konsortium von <strong>TU Bergakademie Freiberg<\/strong>: <strong>Institut f\u00fcr Eisen und Stahltechnologie (IEST), Institut f\u00fcr Werkstofftechnik (IWT), Institut f\u00fcr Maschinenelemente Konstruktion und Fertigung (IMKF).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unser Unternehmen hat das Pulver zum erweiterten Teil des Projekt produziert und geliefert. Durch eine <strong>kontrollierte Schmelze-Behandlung unter einer Ar\/N\u2082-Atmosph\u00e4re vor der Zerst\u00e4ubung<\/strong> konnte ein <strong>definierter Stickstoffgehalt von 700 ppm<\/strong> eingestellt werden.<br \/>Das Pulver wurde in <strong>spezifischen Kornfraktionen<\/strong> f\u00fcr <strong>L-PBF<\/strong> (Laser Powder Bed Fusion) und <strong>EB-PBF<\/strong> (Electron Beam Powder Bed Fusion) aufbereitet. Beide Fraktionen zeigen eine <strong>sehr gute Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit<\/strong> und wurden im Projekt <strong>erfolgreich verarbeitet<\/strong>, ohne Hot-Cracking oder Verarbeitungsprobleme.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8220;1_4,3_4&#8243;
