_module_preset=&#8220;_initial&#8220; global_colors_info=&#8220;{}&#8220; theme_builder_area=&#8220;post_content&#8220;]Im Rahmen dieses Projekts wurde ein innovatives <strong>Master-Alloy Pulver<\/strong> entwickelt, das den additiven Herstellungsprozess von <strong>hochlegierten Werkzeugst\u00e4hlen<\/strong>, insbesondere <strong>H13 (X40CrMoV5-1)<\/strong>, deutlich effizienter und wirtschaftlicher macht.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Unternehmen hat <strong>das Master-Alloy Pulver produziert und geliefert<\/strong>, wobei mehrere technische Herausforderungen bei der VIGA prozessierung einer<strong> Fe-basierten Legierung mit hohen Cr-, Mo-, und V-Anteile<\/strong> erfolgreich gel\u00f6st wurden. Das resultierende Pulver weist eine <strong>pr\u00e4zise Zielzusammensetzung<\/strong> auf und erf\u00fcllt die geforderten <strong>Funktionseigenschaften<\/strong>, insbesondere im Hinblick auf <strong>Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung (PGV)<\/strong> und <strong>Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Projektkonzept wird Fraunhofer IFAM (Institut f\u00fcr Fertigungstechnik und Angewandte Materialforschung) Dresden ein <strong>Gemisch aus einem kosteng\u00fcnstigen, wasserverd\u00fcsten Basispulver<\/strong> und einer <strong>gezielten Zugabe des Master-Alloy Pulvers<\/strong> mittels <strong>Electron Beam Powder Bed Fusion (EB-PBF)<\/strong> verarbeiten, um eine H13-\u00e4hnliche Zusammensetzung in-situ zu erzeugen.
